Sex education is virtually non-existent in India, while sexual violence and systemic gender inequality is rampant. Women and minorities are routinely judged and shamed for simply expressing themselves, let alone challenging patriarchal views on sexuality and gender. The rebellious generation of Gen-Z and the ever-changing generation of Millennials have umpteen questions on sex & sexual orientation but no safe space to find judgement-free, unbiased answers.
Hence, with an aim to provide structured, unbiased & judgment-free information on safe sex and sexual orientation One Digital Entertainment conceived this podcast. And after careful analysis we decided Leeza Mangaldas as face, voice & soul of the Podcast. Leeza Mangaldas is India’s foremost sex positive influencers, recently, conferred with the award of “Sexual Health Influencer of Year” by Cosmo Indian Blogger Awards 2022. Leeza was also named one of GQ’s 25 Most Influential Young Indians in 2021. She was also the recipient of the Google x SheThePeople Digital Women Award for Content. The Podcast also won a silver at the E4M’s Golden Mike Awards 2022 in the best podcast category and trended at no. 1 for a better part of June 2022. In a short span of time (Dec 2021 to Apr 2022), it achieved the distinction of being the most shared podcast on Spotify with over 1.25 lakh downloads, and enjoyed a 4 star rating throughout!
